Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Executive located in West Bengal, India. The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to collect outstanding debts, managing credit control, and maintaining accurate records of debt recovery progress. The individual will also analyze financial data to improve collection strategies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their payment issues. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases for both frontend (UI/UX) and backend (APIs, services) components. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java and Python. You will also be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining Backend applications using Spring Boot/Flask, as well as developing and managing microservices architecture. Writing clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and design patterns will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to ensure designs comply with specifications and maintain code quality.
