Backend Engineer

You are a highly skilled Software Engineer, joining a talented engineering team at Axio Finance. Your main responsibility will be to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs. This involves developing, configuring, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java and Python. You will also be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining Backend applications using Spring Boot/Flask, as well as developing and managing microservices architecture. Writing clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and design patterns will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to ensure designs comply with specifications and maintain code quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a software engineer with expertise in Java/Python Application development, along with in-depth knowledge of programming language and relevant frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential. A B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or a relevant field is required. Primary Skills: - Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming languages. - Skills in Spring Boot and/or Flask and/or Django frameworks. - Experience in building Microservices with RESTful APIs. - Strong experience with Database MySQL and/or Postgres.
