Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Coordinator - Plantation and waterbodies , located in Chengalpattu. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing field projects such as Plantation and rejuvenation of irrigation Tanks related to community development and environmental sustainability. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with volunteers, managing field activities, ensuring project compliance, conducting field visits, data collection, reporting, and stakeholder communication. This role requires strong organisational and Documentation skills and the ability to work with diverse teams on the ground. Qualifications Experience in Project Management and Field Coordination skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement Data Collection, Reporting, and Analysis skills Knowledge of Community Development and Environmental Sustainability Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment Experience in working with NGOs or in the social sector is a plus Bachelor's degree Show more Show less
