Job Description

We are looking for passionate Field Auditors to perform mystery and quality audits across retail outlets and service centers.This is a field-based role involving travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits at consumer durable service centers and retail outlets across multiple states.
Evaluate both technical and non-technical parameters as per predefined checklists.
Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) through visits and telephonic interactions.
Prepare detailed reports and analyses to identify improvement areas and opportunities.

Compensation

CTC: ₹23,000/month
In-hand: ₹18,700/month + Incentives (₹100–₹300 per audit)
Negotiable for deserving candidates

Shift: 6 days a week | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
