Role Overview:

We are hiring Field Associates to join our mission-oriented team. As a Field Associate, you’ll be involved in grassroots political campaigning, leader onboarding, event execution, and public outreach—playing a direct role in reshaping India’s political narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Lead and support on-ground political campaigns
• Leader Onboarding: Identify and manage relationships with local political leaders and influencers
• Event Management: Organize and coordinate political events, rallies, and meetings
• Community Outreach: Engage with citizens, manage volunteers, and mobilize support
• Field Reporting: Collect and document real-time campaign data and feedback
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with campaign managers and other field associates

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in political consulting or 1 election campaign
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• Strong interest and knowledge of Indian politics and electoral systems
• Experience in event management and grassroots mobilization
• Willingness to travel and relocate as per project needs
• Good communication skills in local language(s) and Hindi/English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in high-pressure environments

Desirable Traits:

• Strong political acumen and a desire to contribute to systemic political change
• Prior association with NGOs, social causes, or youth political movements
