About the role

• As a (Senior) Field Application Engineer, you will provide technical support for our machine vision products and optical sensors in various automation industries, including automotive, robotics, pharma and electronics across India.
• As the technical backbone of the sales team, you will develop and present innovative solutions using vision systems, AI-based inspection and robotics.
• You will conduct training and product presentations to increase our customers' knowledge of our products and technology.

Desired skills and qualities

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field, along with a minimum of four years of experience in

  machine vision, image processing, automation

  or a related environment
• A structured, self-directed work style combined with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in PLC and robotics programming is a plus
• A high level of customer focus with a solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel nationwide (approximately 60%)
• Eligibility to work in India and a valid Indian driving license
