Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Field Agents who will visit our customers at their homes to assist them in setting up our mobile app and guide them on how to use it effectively. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in social service, nursing, or community work who are passionate about helping others—especially senior citizens or individuals with limited digital literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers’ homes to install and set up the app on their devices.
• Explain app features in a simple and friendly manner.
• Assist users in understanding and navigating the app confidently.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Maintain a record of visits and customer feedback.
• Represent the company with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Requirements:

• Background in nursing, caregiving, social work, or community service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and respectful, especially with elderly or non-tech-savvy users.
• Willingness to travel locally for home visits.
• Own smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
