About the job: We are looking for a compassionate and quick-thinking Emergency Call Respondent to join our 24/7 Telecare Monitoring team. You will be the first point of contact for elderly and vulnerable clients during emergencies. Your calm demeanor and swift action can make a life-saving difference. Key responsibilities: 1. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally. 2. Assess caller needs and initiate appropriate responses, including alerting medical personnel or family contacts. 3. Use telecare systems to monitor client alerts. 4. Record accurate incident details and maintain updated case notes. 5. Provide reassurance and verbal assistance to callers in distress. 6. Coordinate with field response teams, hospitals, and care providers. 7. Perform regular courtesy calls and follow-up checks. 8. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards at all times. Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. 2. Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations. 3. Basic computer and mobile app proficiency. 4. Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or emergency response is a plus. 5. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends. 6.
