And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there. Position Overview As a Security Tester, you will be responsible for performing security testing on our web applications and APIs. You will communicate end-to-end with clients regarding the projects you are assigned to and promote security awareness throughout the organization through regular communication on security best practices and the latest online threats. Responsibilities Conduct security testing on web applications and APIs. Communicate effectively with clients about project details and status. Promote security awareness within the organization. Assess systems against the latest attacks, vulnerabilities, and mitigations. Deliver project status on time with minimal escalations. Identify potential attack vectors. Monitor automated scans and verify false positives. Solid understanding of encryption fundamentals and the latest OWASP Top 10 for both web applications and APIs, including associated attack vectors. Experience in security testing on at least 30 web applications and 50 APIs. Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Burp Suite Proxy Tool, Wireshark, Nmap, Fiddler, Echo Mirage, Kali Linux, Postman, and SOAP UI. Ability to assess the security impact of bugs and API inconsistencies. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills for calls and emails. Qualifications 2+ Years of experience in application security testing Relevant certifications in security testing. Experience with security awareness training and communication. Guide the team members with Industry best practices Required Experience & Education Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science, equivalent preferred. At-least 2 years of experience in performance testing.
