Overview Fiber Design Speciaist - Project Coordinator - manages fiber optic network projects comprehensivey, ensuring adherence to design principes, effective project coordination, team management, stakehoder communication, quaity assurance, risk management, meticuous documentation, technica expertise appication, probem-soving, and attention to detai for project success. Responsibiities Fiber Optic Network DesignThe speciaist shoud have a strong understanding of fiber optic network design principes, incuding designing fiber routes, seecting appropriate equipment, and ensuring network efficiency and reiabiity. Project CoordinationCoordinate a aspects of fiber optic network design projects from initiation to competion. This incudes scheduing, resource aocation, budget management, and ensuring that projects are deivered on time and within budget. Team ManagementSupervise and manage a team of designers, engineers, and technicians invoved in the project. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure that project objectives are met. Stakehoder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for interna and externa stakehoders, incuding cients, contractors, and vendors. Communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure aignment with project goas and requirements. Quaity AssuranceImpement quaity assurance processes to ensure that fiber optic network designs meet industry standards and specifications. Conduct reguar audits and inspections to identify and resove any issues or discrepancies. Risk ManagementIdentify potentia risks and chaenges associated with fiber optic network design projects and deveop mitigation strategies to address them. Proactivey monitor project progress and take necessary actions to minimize risks and ensure project success. Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate documentation of project specifications, designs, pans, and progress reports. Generate reguar status reports and updates for management and stakehoders. Minimize errors and rework by conducting thorough reviews and inspections. Strong Knowedge in HLD, LLD, Permit, BOM. Proficient in using fiber optic design software (e.g., 3GIS, AutoCAD, FiberCAD). Strong understanding of fiber optic technoogy, principes, and components. Bacheor's degree in Engineering (Teecommunications, Eectrica, or reated fied) preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in fiber optic network design and engineering. Proficient in using fiber optic design software (e.g., 3GIS, AutoCAD, FiberCAD). Strong understanding of fiber optic technoogy, principes, and components. Exceent anaytica and probem-soving skis. Abiity to work independenty and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and written documentation skis. Detai-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quaity. Comfortabe working night shifts (incuding weekends and hoidays as needed).
