Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our Finance & Accounts Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, good organizational skills, and a keen eye for accuracy. As an Executive FRC, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization by efficiently managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating financial activities, and ensuring adherence to statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting & Monthly Book Closure:
Execute daily accounting tasks, record financial transactions, validate invoices and payments, maintain books of accounts, and contribute to timely and accurate monthly book closure and reconciliations. -
Statutory Compliances:
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances related to GST, IT, PF, and PT. Support the Compliance team with accurate and timely records. -
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized filing of both physical and digital records to support annual and interim audit processes. -
Audit Support:
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations in line with accounting standards and regulations. -
Bank & Vendor Reconciliation:
Communicate with banks and vendors, perform regular reconciliations, resolve queries, and maintain positive relationships for smooth financial operations. -
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing diverse financial reports to provide insights for decision-making. -
FAR Data & Cost Centre Reporting:
Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Register (FAR) data, track Capex on a cost center basis, and ensure audit readiness for structured financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA-Inter/MBA preferred).
- Experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally Prime, and ERP-based SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with auditing protocols and financial reporting.
