Job Description

Indo Nuclear Energy Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Fermentation Executive / Operator for its Ethanol Production Plant. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling fermentation processes to achieve optimal yield, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control fermentation tanks and process parameters
• Handle yeast propagation, dosing, and fermentation performance
• Monitor pH, temperature, sugar content, gravity, and alcohol formation
• Maintain daily production logs and fermentation records
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality norms
• Coordinate with production, laboratory, and maintenance teams
• Manage shift operations and report deviations to senior staff

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology) / Diploma / ITI (Relevant field)
• Experience: 1–5 years in fermentation (Ethanol / Distillery / Starch industry preferred)
• Freshers with basic fermentation knowledge may also apply

Skills Required

• Good understanding of fermentation processes
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Basic documentation and reporting skills

Salary

• Minimum Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
