The Fermentation process must be run continuously or discontinuously based on the cooling water temperature, with yeast recycling done to reduce fermentation duration as per raw materials. Conducting preventive maintenance of the Fermentation equipment and ensuring the safety devices of the Fermentation Plant are operational are crucial tasks. You should have an ITI or Diploma qualification along with 3-5 years of experience in ETP Operations. A good knowledge of ETP operation and understanding of Pollution norms is essential. You should also be familiar with ETP, MEE, and RO operations & functions, and be computer literate. Your responsibilities will include managing process-related ETP and PCTP & Water Mass Balance, process operating and chemical preparation, RO Filter and Ultra Filter cleaning, Chemical Dosing in Cooling Towers, cleaning ETP related equipment's, tanks, motors, and maintaining all equipment in the ETP in a healthy condition.
