Female Salon Manager

As a Female Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring exceptional client service, managing staff performance, and driving business growth. Your strong background in salon/spa management, excellent leadership skills, and passion for the beauty and wellness industry will be key to your success in this role. In terms of Salon Operations & Customer Service, you will manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning, greet and interact with clients to provide excellent service, handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Regarding Staff Management, you will supervise, train, and motivate salon staff, prepare schedules, monitor performance, and conduct regular team meetings to uphold high service standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, promoting salon services and products, planning promotional activities, and building strong customer relationships for repeat business. You will also oversee Inventory & Finance Management by managing stock levels, placing orders, controlling wastage, and assisting in budgeting and financial reporting. Ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining service quality and brand standards, implementing hygiene protocols, and managing telephonic appointments will also be part of your responsibilities.
