Female Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salon Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for clients.
  • Ensure the salon maintains cleanliness and adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff including hairstylists, estheticians, and assistants.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to enhance customer service.
  • Create employee work schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and handle any disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Customer Service:

  • Address and resolve client complaints or concerns to ensure a positive salon experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting customer loyalty.
  • Ensure clients receive high-quality service from all staff members.
  • Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote salon services and products, increasing sales and revenue.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers (e.g., social media campaigns, seasonal promotions).
  • Upsell salon services and products to clients during appointments.
  • Financial Management:

  • Oversee the salons budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Handle cash, process payments, and manage salon expenses.
  • Order and maintain inventory for salon products (hair care, skin care, etc.), ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Reporting:

  • Keep detailed records of salon transactions, customer feedback, and employee performance.
  • Prepare reports for management on financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational issues.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure the salon complies with all local regulations concerning sanitation and safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and training on health and safety protocols to the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education

    : Any Degree
  • Experience

    : Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in any Retail sector.
  • Skills

    :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in salon management software and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends and services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
