Zopsoft, a dynamic and innovative web design and development company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - **Client Acquisition:** Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to contribute to the growth of the business. - **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. - **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. - **Communication Skills:** Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi to engage with a diverse customer base. - **Market Research:** Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - **Documentation:** Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Requirements: - **Educational Qualification:** Graduate/Post-Graduate - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a sales role. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi. - **Proactive Attitude:** Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management. - **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. - **Result Oriented:** Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - **Adaptability:** Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and market dynamics. - **Tech-Savvy:** Basic knowledge of relevant software applications and tools.
