Hiring: Female Sales Coordinator – Evening Shift (3 PM to 10 PM)
Pay Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Female Sales Coordinator to join our team for the Evening Shift (3 PM – 10 PM). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. You will also handle administrative tasks and oversee the sales process using CRM and other software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Research prospects and generate qualified leads.
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints with professionalism.
• Manage the sales pipeline through CRM and related tools.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Actively seek prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on TTH’s services.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and address their concerns.
• Create regular sales and revenue reports.
• Represent TTH at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in travel/adventure industry).
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Positive, confident, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
