Female Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator (Female) at our company located in Rajendra Nagar Industrial Area, your primary role will be to provide dedicated support to our sales team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, and assisting with online platforms like IndiaMART. Your proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order processing and follow-ups - Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Handle product listings, leads, and communication through IndiaMART - Maintain and update sales records using MS Excel - Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and purchase orders - Support marketing activities and lead generation through digital platforms - Track sales targets and prepare performance reports - Collaborate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery - Maintain a database of existing and potential clients Required Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting) - Working knowledge of the IndiaMART seller panel - Strong verbal and written communication (in Hindi & English) - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role - Graduate in BBA, B.Com, or any related discipline - Certification in MS Office or Digital Marketing is a plus In addition to the above job details, the company also offers health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus as part of the compensation package.
