We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage documentation, handle client communication, and maintain records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and data analysis.
• Monitor and manage sales orders, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with clients for payments and after-sales support.
• Maintain the customer database (CRM) and update regularly.
• Organize and attend client meetings, trade shows, or events as needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Zoho, etc.
• Knowledge of IT Security like Firewall & Antivirus Preffered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
