Female Operations manager

Position: School Outreach & Operations Coordinator (Female Preferred)

Location: New delhi (Travel Required)

Reporting To: DirectorIndustry: Education / Coaching / School Tie-ups---

✅ Key Responsibilities:

School Tie-Up & Principal CoordinationCommunicate with school principals via call or personal visitsSchedule and conduct seminars, workshops, and scholarship testsRepresent the organization boldly and professionally in all school interactions

Operations & Event ManagementOrganize workshops, plan logistics, and coordinate event flowLine up seminar schedules, team assignments, and reporting timelinesBook hotels, rail/transport tickets for team and director meetings

Communication & Office WorkDraft and send emails to schools/principals professionallyMaintain follow-up records and report all progress to the DirectorEnsure smooth coordination of school events and director meetings

Team Handling & RecruitmentAssist in recruiting calling/telemarketing teamsTrain new team members and ensure performance reportingFinal coordination with Director for recruitment closure

Tech & Tools ExpertiseStrong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email draftingPrepare reports, lists, and event summaries with accuracy

Special Interests (Preferred)Knowledge or interest in Yoga, Meditation, Zumba, etc., to support wellness initiatives during school events---

Candidate Profile:Female, Bold & Dynamic personalityExcellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)Well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling pressureWilling to travel and work flexible hours for school visits or workshopsConfident in dealing with school authorities and internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,732.09 - ₹62,313.60 per month
