Edify World School, Walajapet is looking for a dynamic, student-focused, and highly engaging Admissions Counselor to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their families through the entire admission and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and positive experience that aligns with the institution’s distinguished standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide informed guidance to prospective students and parents by sharing comprehensive details on academic programs, admission protocols, and the school’s distinctive offerings.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth, delivering clear, accurate, and timely information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and key benefits.
• Collaborate closely with academic, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and efficiency in all admission-related communication.
• Maintain and update admission records, including application forms, documentation, and essential data, ensuring accuracy and proper organisation.
• Review student eligibility, oversee registration procedures, and deliver complete support throughout the enrollment journey.
• Participate actively in admission drives, orientation programs, campus events, and outreach initiatives to strengthen the school’s visibility and engagement with the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
• 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or related roles, ideally within reputed CBSE schools.
• Strong understanding of school operations, admission cycles, and required documentation.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
• Proficiency in data management, record handling, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
