Job Responsibilities

Conducted recruitment activities through job portal postings, candidate screening, and selecting the most suitable talent.  Managed the interviewing, screening and referral of qualified applicants.  Regular follow up with the respective hiring Manager and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.  Issuing offer letters to selected candidates, explaining company policies, and managing their onboarding process.  Organized training programs and department meetings.  Provided optimal support to employees regarding various HR related topics.  Played an integral role in the development and implementation of human resource policies.  Organized training programs and department meetings.  Effectively resolved all employees relations issues and addressed concerns.  Handled the enrollment of employees on PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) portals, ensuring timely processing and compliance.  Maintained accurate records of employee attendance and ensured timely updates in the system.  Maintain day to day attendance of more than 300 employees through regularly updating of Leave, Overtime and Mis punch on HRMS Software.  After the updating leaves, Mis Punch and over tine on software process the payroll.  Prepared detailed salarysheets and coordinated bank sheets for salary disbursement, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.  Preparation of PF & ESIC Challan.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
