We are looking for a motivated HR Executive for one of our client in Real estate industry to handle a variety of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Conduct employee engagement activities and handle grievances professionally.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment (preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software (if any).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary: 18K to 25K
