Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business locations for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. This position requires an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective and successful sales and business development strategies for the designated region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, preferred.
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our brand.
  • Generating genuine offline leads for new stores.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing salons to ensure that they are retained.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping salons with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 4 years prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Ability to travel as needed
