As a Business Development Executive, your role will be crucial in contributing to the growth of our company by finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to explore additional products/services, and staying updated with changing market trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills of our staff through consistent training and mentorship. Your key responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with our company's offerings, acquiring new clients through various means such as direct contact and networking events, nurturing relationships with existing clients, proposing upgrades or additional services, creating business proposals, negotiating deals, and keeping a pulse on client feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, along with extensive sales experience. Your ability to understand human behavior, identify client pain points, and offer suitable solutions will be pivotal.
