The Incumbent will be responsible for- Job Purpose- Manage and oversee International Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management Act Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Compliance and Global regulatory Compliance functions ensuring adherence to cross-border tax laws, RBI regulations and International legal standards. Key Responsibilities- International Taxation- 1. Manage and optimize the companys Global tax structure in accordance with international tax laws and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs). 2. Handle cross border transactions, permanent establishment (PE) exposure. 3. Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax regulations in operating jurisdictions. 4. Oversee preparations and filing of international tax returns, withholding taxes and tax equalization for expatriates. 5. Coordinate with foreign tax auditors and advisors on global tax strategy and audits. 6. Support tax planning initiatives to reduce global effective tax rate while maintaining full compliance. 7. Ensure proper documentation for intercompany agreements and support transfer pricing audits and risk assessment. FEMA and RBI Compliance- 1. Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations for all cross-border transactions including FDI, ODI, ECB import/export of goods and services and remittances. 2. Prepare and submit regulatory filings with the RBI. 3. Maintain and monitor documents related to foreign investments. 4. Coordinate with Legal, Treasury and Business teams to ensure proper structuring and documentation of international deals. 5. Liaise with RBI and consultants to address regulatory queries or clarifications. Global Regulatory Compliance- 1. Stay current with evolving Global Tax and regulatory frameworks. 2. Develop and implement internal controls and compliance frameworks to manage international tax and regulatory risks. 3. Assist in the implementation of global compliance software and automation tools. 4. Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure readiness for regulatory inspections or external audits. 5. Provide compliance training and advisory to internal teams across geographies. Skills & Capabilities Required- Deep knowledge of FEMA, RBI regulations and International Tax Laws. Proficiency in transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and execution skills. Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations independently. Effective communication and a client-focused approach. Preferred Qualification: CA qualified with articleship from a reputed CA firm. Candidates with multi-domain exposure and client-facing roles during training will be preferred.
