We are #hiring for a leading NGO! Project Deliverables/ Areas of Work: • Secondary Research, Data Compilation & Analysis: Conduct desk research on best practices, policies, and programs related to children’s rights and advocacy; review and analyze global and Indian models and practices in child protection and development. • Prepare briefing documents, concept notes, internal presentations, and reports to support program implementation. • Community Mobilization (Palghar District): Individual field visits and accompanying the program team to gather qualitative and quantitative insights; map available resources and services in various locations. • Partnership and Collaboration with community stakeholders and leaders Qualifications a. Postgraduate degree (Master’s) in Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies, or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. b.
