Job Description

Expertise in troubleshooting in Otis Sky rise and Gen2 elevators/Compass troubleshooting
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics, controller wiring diagram
Collation of field-reported issues and communicating them effectively to the factory for resolution
Responsibility of uploading Field Turn Back (FTB) cases into the system
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders towards delivery of the project

Education & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering
8-10 years in New Installation/Service function
