Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International, with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage services within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
