Job Title: F&B Operations Intern –Hotel Management Graduates Only

Location:

Mumbai (Only candidates from Mumbai will be considered

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per monthDuration: 3 months (Full-time Internship with Job opportunity based on performance)

Role

As an F&B Operations Intern based at our Headquarters

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our bars, lounges, and restaurants across India to support daily F&B operations
• Assist in menu planning, event coordination, and service standards across locations
• Monitor and report on guest experience, inventory, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with regional teams to implement brand guidelines and SOPs
• Support vendor coordination and communication between HQ and outlets
• Maintain hygiene and service quality standards across all locations
  

Requirements

• Mandatory: Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality
• Strong interest in F&B and hospitality operations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a HQ-based role with frequent coordination across multiple outlets
