Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled F&B Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency and quality of food and beverage offerings
• Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to drive revenue growth
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
• Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service standards
• Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market research to inform F&B strategy and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
