F&B Executive: Hotel

An F&B Executive works in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality organizations and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets. They ensure smooth service, maintain quality standards, supervise staff, handle guest relations, and support revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, or room service.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service standards.
• Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B service staff.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth functioning.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with food regulations.
• Support F&B Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
