F&B Associate

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with guests, providing excellent service, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in the hotel or restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist them with seating and menu guidance
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Serve food and drinks following service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area
• Set up tables, cutlery, and service stations before and after service
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order execution
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests politely
• Process bills and handle payments accurately (if required)
• Follow safety, sanitation, and grooming standards
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Skills & Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (training will be provided)
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
