WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service Excellence: You’ll provide friendly, professional, and consistent service to guests, helping them feel welcomed and valued from the moment they sit down to when they leave.
  

• Support the Captains: Assist the Captains in setting up the restaurant, delivering orders, and keeping the dining floor running like clockwork.
  

• Restaurant Setup: Ensure the tables are set up just right and side stations are organized and stocked before and during service.
  

• Sanitation & Safety: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
  

• Teamwork: You’ll work closely with your team, supporting everyone in their roles to keep service flowing smoothly. Collaboration is key!
  

• Hunger Inc. Standards: You’ll follow our service standards, ensuring that everything you do contributes to a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant, cafe or similar hospitality environment.
  

• Communication: Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between the team and guests.
  

• POS Systems: Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  

• Team Player: You’re a team-oriented individual who can work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  

• Guest-Focused: You know how to make guests feel special and always focus on providing excellent service.
