Research fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to inform product assortment and merchandising strategies.
Assist in curating collections and planning seasonal product lineups for online retail channels.
Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, and visual assets to ensure accurate and appealing online presentation.
Support pricing analysis, inventory tracking, and sales performance reviews to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and content for digital retail platforms.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
Help maintain organized documentation of product data, vendor information, and merchandising plans.
Participate in weekly cross-departmental meetings to align on strategy and execution.

Qualifications and Skills :

Recent graduate or 0 1 year of experience in fashion merchandising, retail management, business administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in fashion trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing, product photography, or retail analytics tools.
