Job Description

Role & responsibilities Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and fabric innovations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Source new fabrics and garment trims to enhance our product range. Create and manage tech packs or spec sheets for each garment. Conduct sampling to ensure design feasibility and quality standards. Participate in designing garments Trims arrangement for production Preferred candidate profile 1. Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, Fashion Management, or a related field. A diploma in Fashion Merchandising with relevant experience may also be considered. 2. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, sourcing, buying, or production coordination. Experience in womens apparel, particularly in cotton, hand-block prints, or Jaipur textiles, is a plus. 3. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of fabric, trims, garment construction, and quality control. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and manage inventory. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP software. Knowledge of the production cycle and supply chain management. Good communication skills to coordinate between in-house team, manufacturers, and sales teams. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. 4. Other Preferences: Candidates with experience in Jaipur textile industry or knowledge of hand-block and screen printing preferred. A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for creating affordable yet premium daily wear. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
