Welcome to YH Texpert! Based in Texas, US, we are a well-established fashion company with over a decade of experience in the industry. Specializing in bohemian and ethnic styles in women's garments, bags and accessories. We are currently seeking talented designers to join our India team who can bring fresh, innovative designs to our team.

Location:

India - Delhi

Role & responsibilities

• Develop design concepts using techniques like embroidery, beading, weaving, and other handcrafts.
• Keep updated on current fashion trends, colors, techniques, and styles.
• Produce sketches of prototypes to visually present design ideas.
• Work closely with the HQ design team to adjust designs accordingly.
• Create tech packs and spec sheet.
• Conduct vendor visits to ensure the samples/productions designs and quality meets the standard.
• Explore local markets to find suitable fabrics, trims, and other materials for designs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion industry.
• Fashion school graduates
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Adobe illustrator and photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and etc)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Morning: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Lunch time Included)
• Evening: 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM (for reporting/meetings with HQ office)
