We are looking out for talented Designers, with minimum 5 years of work experience in designing Womenswear and having passion to develop innovative products that solves customer's problems. You will be working with the super talented Amazon Private Brands team based out of Bangalore.

Must Haves

Professionally Qualified: NIFT / NID / Pearl AcademyWork Experience of minimum 5 years (work experience with renowned domestic / international womenswear brands would be preferred)Sound Product Knowledge in Womenswear- Fabric and GarmentingUnderstanding of Indian Fashion IndustrySound analytical skillsProficient in Design SoftwaresGreat communication skills - Written and VerbalKey job responsibilitiesMarket / Trend AnalysisDive deep on product performanceIdeation on innovationDirection setting on new productsDesign womenswear range on paperProduct developmentCoordination / follow ups with vendorsCampaign / Catalogue shoot coordinationA day in the lifeYou will be working with a bunch of folks who genuinely obsess about customers and go out of their way to delver them the best. Collaboration would be one of the most important aspect of your day to day life @ amazon, where you will work closely with category managers, vendor managers, factory merchandisers, marketeers and fellow designers every day.
