Fashion Designers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conceptualize original fashion designs aligned with current trends and brand identity.
• Create mood boards, design sketches, and detailed tech packs for production.
• Utilize tools like

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

  , and

  CLO 3D

  (or other 3D garment software) to bring design ideas to life.
• Collaborate with the merchandising and production team to ensure the feasibility of designs and timely execution.
• Conduct fabric research and selection based on style, season, and market requirements.
• Participate in fittings and make necessary alterations or refinements.
• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors/suppliers when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience (Intern to Executive level).
• Strong command of

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

  , and

  CLO 3D

  (or similar 3D fashion software).
• Excellent knowledge of

  fabrics, textiles, and garment construction

  .
• Exceptional

  visual, creative, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to work effectively in the

  3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

  shift, Monday to Saturday.
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Noida, Sector 88

  .
• Proving Cab for the drop
