Role Description We’re looking for a Fashion Design Consultant who can take charge of our end-to-end customization journey—from understanding client vision to working with boutique teams to bring those ideas to life. This is a client-facing, style-driven role for someone who thrives on creativity, precision, and human connection. Responsibilities 👗 Customization & Styling: Translate customer preferences into unique custom designs Provide expert style guidance for special occasions, bridalwear, and modern Indian looks 📞 Client Consultation: Understand customer intent, taste, and event requirements Coordinate video/in-person consultations to co-create garment direction 🧵 Fabric & Material Selection: Assist clients in selecting fabrics, embellishments, and trims Work with internal and vendor teams to guide sourcing decisions 🔗 Vendor Coordination: Liaise with boutique partners, tailors, and artisans for production execution Ensure fit trials, alteration feedback, and final delivery align with expectations 📦 Project & Quality Management: Track multiple client orders at once and deliver high-quality outcomes on time Maintain documentation of design specifications and feedback loops Qualifications 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related fields. (NIFT/NID/PEARL preferred, but not mandatory) 📅 Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a fashion design/styling/client-facing role. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome. Skills & Attributes Strong design sensibility and understanding of Indianwear/occasionwear Excellent communication and client-handling skills Attention to detail with a high bar for quality Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and basic patterning is a plus Show more Show less
