Job Description

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join Truzee's growing team. The role will focus on bridging design and production by coordinating with designers, artisans, and the production team to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between design and production teams to streamline workflow.
Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time completion of client orders.
Oversee quality checks at each stage of garment making.
Manage sourcing and availability of fabrics, trims, and embellishments as per design requirements.
Maintain strong communication with vendors, tailors, and collaborating design houses.
Support designers in translating concepts into practical production plans.

Requirements

Background in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and finishing.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Prior experience in fashion production or merchandising is preferred.
