Fashion Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser at Sacred Tatva, your role involves sourcing, curating, and coordinating the production of fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle assortments for Sacred Tatva's collections. You will be responsible for vendor identification, price negotiation, quality checks, and coordination with design and packaging teams to ensure timely deliveries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding artisans, manufacturers, and wholesalers for jewellery, accessories, and wedding-related assortments. - Developing product assortments based on seasonal themes and design briefs. - Negotiating prices, quantities, and timelines with vendors. - Coordinating sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups. - Maintaining detailed records of vendor lists, pricing, MOQs, and timelines. - Ensuring quality control and packaging compliance as per brand standards. - Liaising with the design, packaging, and logistics teams for dispatch planning. - Supporting photo shoots and product cataloguing when needed. - Staying updated with market trends, craft clusters, and new materials. - Exploring marketing and distribution strategies. Required Skills & Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle merchandising. - Strong sourcing network in Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Amritsar, and other craft hubs. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. - Eye for design, detail, and product aesthetics. - Strong organizational and Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines. Education: - Graduate in Fashion Merchandising / Design / Business / Related Field (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent background preferred but not mandatory.) This full-time position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, and requires in-person work at the office.
