About the Company:

Textile Designer / Textile Production Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and develop textile designs based on market trends, client requirements, and seasonal themes.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready patterns and specifications.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility during the manufacturing process.
• Work on color matching, sampling, and prototyping of fabric/textile designs.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and ensure production timelines are met.
• Assist in quality control and ensure final output meets design and technical specifications.
• Maintain and organize design documentation, artwork files, and production records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  Higher Secondary (HS) or Graduate in any stream.

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in textile design or textile production.

• Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of fabric types, design trends, and textile printing techniques.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic sense and creativity.
