Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative fresher designer to join our dynamic team. You will support the design process from concept to sample development, working closely with cross-functional teams to create export-ready collections for international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts based on seasonal trends.
• Develop CAD sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Research global fashion trends, fabrics, and trims suitable for different markets (e.g., US, UK, EU).
• Collaborate with the sampling and merchandising teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Maintain design files, sample trackers, and buyer archives.
• Support the team in preparing for buyer presentations and internal design reviews.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Fashion Design/Textile Design or a related field.
• Strong sketching and CAD skills.
• Good understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with export fashion markets is a plus.Role & responsibilities
