Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Furniture Sales role based in New Delhi. The Furniture Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting furniture that fits their needs, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding product specifications, demonstrating product features, building positive relationships with customers, and handling inquiries or concerns. Additionally, the role may involve maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales to assist customers in purchasing decisions and achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of Furniture products to guide customers accurately and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks for point-of-sale systems and inventory management is a plus.
• Prior experience in furniture retail is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service is a benefit.
