Role Overview

We are seeking a Fashion Designer (Production)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and translate design concepts into detailed tech packs and production-ready samples.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for:
• ▸ Pattern making records
• ▸ Tech packs & sample approvals
• ▸ Daily production floor activities and progress tracking
• Collaborate with pattern masters, sampling teams, and production departments to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and oversee design approvals.
• Research fabrics, trims, and market trends aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure quality consistency across all stages of production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, Pearl, IIGJ, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in a garment manufacturing/export house.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, along with design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.).
• Excellent organisational skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
