We’re Hiring: Fashion Designer – Production 📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | 🕒 Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a Fashion Designer (Production) to join our team. This role extends beyond design, requiring a strong technical understanding, effective production coordination, and meticulous record management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating production-ready designs while ensuring smooth operations through accurate documentation and daily tracking. Key Responsibilities Develop and translate design concepts into detailed tech packs and production-ready samples. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for: ▸ Pattern making records ▸ Tech packs & sample approvals ▸ Daily production floor activities and progress tracking Collaborate with pattern masters, sampling teams, and production departments to ensure accuracy. Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and oversee design approvals. Research fabrics, trims, and market trends aligned with client requirements. Ensure quality consistency across all stages of production. Requirements Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, Pearl, IIGJ, or equivalent). 1–3 years of experience in a garment manufacturing/export house. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, along with design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.). Excellent organisational skills for record-keeping and reporting. Strong communication and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
