Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Gurugram. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative collections that align with the brand’s vision. Daily tasks include trend analysis, fabric selection, creating design sketches, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with the production team to achieve aesthetic precision and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design, Sketching, and creating technical drawings
• Skills in Fabric Selection, Garment Construction, and Pattern Making
• Knowledge of Textiles, Materials, and Manufacturing Techniques
• Experience with Color Theories, Styling, and Design Trends
• Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the fashion or garment industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience from Export Houses will not be evaluated.
