Senior Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating unique and trend-forward collections that resonate with our brand's aesthetic and target market. Your role will involve conducting trend analysis, market research, and developing seasonal themes and design stories that reflect the brand's ethos. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating detailed sketches for garments, including both hand-drawn and digital designs - Ensuring accurate technical drawings and specifications for production teams - Collaborating with pattern makers to bring your design vision to life - Sourcing appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the brand's style and quality standards - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand's strategy and business goals - Overseeing the fitting process and making adjustments based on feedback - Staying up-to-date with global fashion trends and attending industry events to inform future collections - Leading and mentoring junior designers to foster a collaborative and innovative design environment - Ensuring all designs meet high standards of craftsmanship, construction, and durability - Acting as a brand ambassador and working closely with marketing teams to enhance the brand's identity - Managing design budgets and timelines to deliver collections within financial constraints and on time Additionally, you will be required to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of total work experience in a similar role.
