Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and other MIS tools. Data Follow-up & Push: Proactively follow up with departmental heads and team members to ensure all required data is submitted accurately and on time, including sales portals and other relevant sources. Data Accuracy & Integrity: Conduct regular checks and audits to identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, and missing values, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of routine reports by compiling and organizing data as needed. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for data-related queries from other departments, ensuring effective communication to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of data entry tasks, follow-ups, and data sources. Required Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Business Administration, or Information Technology. Experience 0–2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or office support role. Experience with data management will be considered an advantage. Technical Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong knowledge of functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), pivot tables, and data validation. • Familiarity with other MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint. • Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality principles. Soft Skills • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Proactive and persistent in following up on tasks. • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
